SUMMARY:Digital Architecture Design Day 2021
DESCRIPTION:New date: October 5\, 2021\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn view of the developments and the 2nd wave surrounding the COVID-19 virus\, we have moved Digital Architecture Design Day to October 5\, 2021.But\, to make up for it\, we organized a (free!) Virtual Mini Conference for you as a replacement. Mark Schwartz from Amazon and Sander Mak from Picnic Technologies will talk about how to build resilient organizations & systems.Digital Architecture Design Day is a community driven event that will reveal the best ways of dealing with (natural) disruption and building resilient organizations & systems. Our goal is achieving sustainable change and coherent solutions by exchanging visions from global leaders\, best practices\, experiences and ideas. Digital Architecture Design Day is a one day conference: a playground of creativity\, innovation and hands-on experiences. People visit the conference for the insights\, but stay for the networking and fun! \n\n\n\nhttps://www.digitalarchitecturedesignday.com/

SUMMARY:Open Digital Standards
DESCRIPTION:About the Event\n\n\n\nThe current Digital-First revolution has during the course of 2020 evolved from a business requirement to an absolute necessity for the survival of many industries. The global pandemic has forced a radical change in society and the way in which people work and do business. Businesses are required to transform and achieve digital maturity or run the risk of falling by the wayside. \n\n\n\nExecutives\, managers\, and practitioners are looking for practices that help them make sense of the landscape they find in organizations re-orienting themselves to deliver Digital-First products and services. This transformation requires direction and control\, and the implementation of digital standards to address business\, management\, operational and governance issues is critical to the success of a Digital-First enterprise. \n\n\n\nRe-orienting an enterprise to have a digital business model\, or creating a new digital enterprise from scratch\, requires a breadth of guidance including strategy\, business models\, operational guidance for both business and technical operations\, and topics like compliance and security. The cross-industry development of Open Digital Standards seeks to provide such guidance. \n\n\n\nThe Open Group January 2021 virtual event will consider the transformation issues required for Digital-First\, and the development and implementation of digital standards to address business\, management\, operational and governance issues that are critical to the success of a Digital-First enterprise. We will focus on some of the Open Digital Standards that are designed to enable and support the smooth transition to Digital-First. – please join us!
